just remember, the next time someone talks about lighting one up, it's not a cigarette they are talking about. :P

Yuck!!! That makes me so glad to be quit smoking and wish I had never started! I have been smoke free for just over 2 months now! I feel so much better! I am only 25 but smoked for almost 10 years... Ugh just thinkig about that makes me sick..... All the $$ I spent!! I was never a pack a day smoker thank goodness!

The cravings never go away, every time I smell coffee it makes me want a cigarette or even have a few alcoholic beverages. I have been able to drink and deal with the cravings but coffee is too much. I'm sure it will get better with time but no coffee for now!

My husband bought me electronic cigarettes (www.smoketip.com) based on advice from his dad who smoked for 40+ years and he quit. I used it alot during the first few weeks, but now use it very rarely maybe 1x a week when I can't deal with the cravings. A day at a time...

Good morning everyone! I was so excited when I yawned and one of my ears popped! I could hear for about 30 seconds and then it closed back up again. I'll be so glad when this cold is over and I no longer feel like I'm underwater.

I smoke a cigar once in awhile. I never inhale. I'm aware that there's still the possibility of mouth cancer etc., but I smoke them seldom enough that I'm not overly concerned.

I USED to smoke a Backwood every day while driving in to work though. It was pure habit, not addiction.

Ugh. I cannot stand the smell of a cigar..... it's even worse than cigarettes. For some reason I get an instant migraine when I smell cigars.

It's been a while so I'm just wanted to drop in to say hi.

So nice to see you again, Catherine. :)

oh they do........my sister, years ago, used to work in a cigarette vending machine company. cigs expire because that's when the worm eggs can start hatching. ever smoked and heard a pop? that was a worm egg exploding........

Ohhhhhhhhhh GROSS!!!!!!!! I wonder why they don't tell you that in the stop-smoking campaigns? They should use it. lol

My husband bought me electronic cigarettes (www.smoketip.com) based on advice from his dad who smoked for 40+ years and he quit. I used it alot during the first few weeks, but now use it very rarely maybe 1x a week when I can't deal with the cravings. A day at a time...

I took a look at that website. But I don't get it. What, exactly, are you inhaling?

Good morning! Gene took the day off today so he could shovel. So, we slept in a bit. Here's coffee!

Wow. That must be some meaningful snow. LOL

I'll keep that in mind next time I smoke one, making sure that the wind isn't blowing Southeast just in case. I wouldn't want you to be downwind, you know...
