Hey I was applying for a K1 visa for my fiance in Germany, I turned everything in and they had sent it all back to me because they did not recieve my check that I forgot to put in there. And this was in March 5 2009. Can I still send all my papers in with the money or is it too late? Should I just start a new packet and send them all of that, I think it might be better since i have more pictures and proof since she came and visited me a couple weeks ago.

Need to know what you guys think/know before I send it in. Thanks.

Add a check and send it back. You can keep the additional proof for the interview.

okay thanks. Just make a copy of the whole packet and send that to my fiance for her interview right?

Make two copies. One for you and one for your fiance.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
