Hello June K3/K4 filers.

Hope you don't mind if we sit and wait with you guys. My husband filed our I-130s and our I-129F in May 2009. I've tried reaching out to my fellow May 2009 filers, but none seem to be online lately.

So far we have both the NOA1s for the I-130s and the I-129F, and now we are waiting for the NOA2 for the I-129F. Our "last update" on USCIS was in June 3, and has remained there since. Our family is watching and waiting...somewhat anxious.

My husband is currently on vacation, and with us here in the Philippines...we hope that there will be no RFEs while he is here...not that we can think of anything USCIS would want to ask for, really. lol

I wonder if the 5 months the USCIS has posted as the K3 timeline starts at the Notice Date?

Thanks to anyone who writes to us re: the CR1/IR1 process...however, we still feel strongly about being reunited via the K3/K4 process, all our circumstances considered.

Good luck to all of us with K3/K4 in process!

Yeah, welcome! Us K-3'rs need to stick together! :)

One of the May 2009 filers finally replied to my post (Gwapa).

They got their NOA2 in July 2009. :D

Our hope is renewed. :) Hope CSC can keep moving at that pace.

Hi Junies

It does not look like any June filers have their NOA-2 yet for the I-129 or the I-130. I plan to continue with both the I-129 and I-130 for now. If I continue with the I-130 and that package gets sent to the Embassy I am told that is the visa she will have to interview for. It appears that the time to interview is longer for the I-130 but I think the times posted are not accurate. That they really are not that far apart. I guess I will see. Best of luck to all.

Ok, I'm starting to get nervous, where's my approval????

they say that K-3 is faster than IR-1, but for some reason, the june filers IR-1 has faster approval than K-3. there are prolly more than 10 approvals already in june on igor's list, but you still see some people in april and may there who haven't gotten their approvals yet. june rocks!
