When I watch this, I think the dancer don't have any useful talent. It's really just a matter of who have more training, and experience.

Unlike singing where natural talent are reality. Even if their voice don't quite hit the pitch, they can train. Although not everyone were born to sing. Whereas when dancing, everyone could do it simply by training and experience.

This show really annoy the heck out of me.

Singing is like learning any other instrument, it takes alot of practice. Yes some do have wider vocal ranges but nevertheless they will have to practice practice practice.

I have never watched this show.

Same can be said for artists or artisans, but it's still a skill, and a marketable one at that. Not everyone has to be an engineer ya know.

Yeap, I too am tired of that TV Show, people performing gymnastics on stage instead of actually dancing. I know it not only takes talent but also technique, but a few of those "dancers" just don't have any talent, it pisses me off.

I looooooooooooooove that show, I always imagine it's me dancing when I watch it :sigh:

And I always asked God why he didn't give me any talent, because I so desperately wanted to be a performer.

But now since you all informed me that it does not take talent to be a dancer, well hell, you just gave me a whole new purpose in life.
