Timeline

does any one else have the problem that they cannot complete pages 2-4 on line of this form? I have had to print it out and copy by hand all the info... now I realise I put my mum's married name in stead of maiden name and will have to re-do... sigh..... not a huge deal in the scale of things obviously but tedious none the less and I felt like a moan.... ok must do more form filling!!

23 Feb 2006 - I-129 mailed

14 August 2006 - Approved!!!! :-)

21 October 2006 - Married in the mountains of North Carolina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AOS Application

6 November 2006 - Applied for AOS, EAD and AP

09 Decemeber 2006 - e-mail received to say case was trasferred to California

16 December 2006- biometric appointment in Charlotte, NC

20 Jan 2007 -AP approved

24 Jan -EAD approved

28 June -Green card ordered

7 July wedding celebrations in Scotland

I used www.visapro.com for all my forms and they all worked just fine....might be worth a try

Removing of Conditions Timeline

05/29/2007 - Sent package to NSC

05/31/2007 - Package received by NSC

06/01/2007 - Date on NOA (1 day after they received our package!)

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received

There is a link to a trial version of Acrobat Professional v7 in my signature which will enable you to save to your computer and complete the form. The USCIS forms have been having issues intermitently for a while now. You can also use the forms from this link http://www.visapro.com/INS-Forms-Download.asp Just check to make sure the expiry date is the same as is on the USCIS form. They are pretty much on the mark though generally but always pays to check.

Thanks Aussie Wench - this is brilliant! I presume if it says (rev 05/31/2005) (prior editions may be used until 12/31/2005) it is the most recent..... can't imagine it changing again so quickly!
