You asked:

"My questions are: If i make my cover letter

2. SHould my husband sign the cover letter too ? My husband is a USC and i came here on a K1 visa and is now removing my condition."

1. Yes, you can use I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions of Residency for the title of the letter

2. Both my husband and I signed the cover letter since we both had to sign the I-751 form and it is a joint petition. While it is to remove the conditions on your residency, the two of you are submitting together the proof of your marriage, so it seems reasonable that both of you would sign the cover letter as well.

Good luck.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
