Just got in and checked the mail. My husband received the following:

Congratulations! Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved. You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the Unionted States ....

I was anticipating a RFE. After we submitted our information, I read that sending the 1st page of your yearly tax forms were not acceptable. Either send in everything, or the faxed copy from the IRS. Well, I guess they accepted ours. :)

Whew! We are finished for approximately 10 years, unless he decides to file for Citizenship.

After looking your and few other approval today and yesterday it looks like VSC and CSC are wrapping up rest of the 2008 cases. Cool.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
