Woo hoo!!!!! Now our report.. We are DONE.. man oh man!! :D .. Talked to John at 5:30 this morning CST.. and his interview took 2.5 hours (9am to11:30 am UK). He said it went smoothly, he only forgot his original Birth Certificate and Police Certificate, but other than that it went great.. he will post in a bit for the UK interview thread. They told him to get a courier to deliver the originals (he's doing that today or tomorrow), then it will just take an extra day or two for the Visa to arrive. APPROVED!!

Has Anyone had the interview.. and forgot orignals... but have since sent the docs and now received their visa? How long did it take to get it?

Congrats you guys! Mark's medical went off without a hitch...passed pending lab blood test results!! His interview is Dec 29th. We were gonna move it up, but I wanted him to spend the holidays with his family this year since I have to work them all anyway. I will be going over to get him Jan 19th!! Let's hope it all goes smoothly at the embassy!

Not a very good trip here, my 6th to the US and worse by far, but was greeted by Cindy at the airport, that made up for everything.

At 9:15 am Cindy and I married smile.gif best day of our lives biggrin.gif

Thanks for all your support everyone.. no Visa yet. we had a delay (John forgot originals :rolleyes:) Bless his heart jus tgot too nervous lol.

We are hoping we see the mysterious "brown envelope" and his originals back this week. My prayers to all of you and dont forget to check out the meet and greet reunion for 2009 filers!! My Friend Ginny is working on setting something up for us in 2010.

Great updates everyone!! Embassy seems to be moving right along!!

Excellent! Does John have a move date yet??

My medical is on the 22nd of this month. We are moving a little slower as I want to time the move to the best of my ability to coincide with school..so i'm hoping for a Jan/Feb interview (Feb would be better as Ricky will be here (yay)). Which is kinda good because I can just follow all you guys through the process on the otherside lol.

Other than the courier did John have to pay any other fees on the day - like for the actual visa itself?

Hahaha. I wish it was over!!!

She leaves tomorrow for her medical on Monday and her interview on Tues.

The suspense is killing me at this point. I will defiantly keep you posted :D .
