Hi all, I am so glad for Visa Journey!

I need help with Form I-134 Affidavit of Support.

This is my case in short. I am marrying my fiance who has a lovely 9 year old little girl who will come with her mother to the US.

I Printed 5 pages all with the same barcode. Do I need to fill out one for my fiance and a seperate one for her daughter with the same barcode? Or do I list her daughter on the same form under question #3 line 5 where it says "child"?

I have no idea if each printing generates a new and seperate barcode or not??? :help:

Also on question #7. How much do I disclose here? Do they need to know "EVERYTHING" about my assets...

if you know what i'm getting at. Wink.

Thanks for the help.

add the kid on the same form as the mom..

for question 7, if your income is above 125% for 3 people, then you don't have to include assets...

Thanks for the help.

Her daughter, for a K-2, will need a separate I-134a. I have samples of the forms we used for our K-1/K-2. email me at alshootist@yahoo.com and I can send copies. Barcode is not important for the I-134a.

If your income is abve the poverty guidelines you do not need to disclose ANY asset or bank information. Leave it blank.

add the kid on the same form as the mom..

for question 7, if your income is above 125% for 3 people, then you don't have to include assets...

Not correct. The child needs a separate I-134a. Correct about income. :)

Hey thanks everyone for all your help. I have printes lots of extra copies of all the forms I think we will need and will fill them out when we get to Juarez. I am running out of time here. :-(

I will have time in Juarez to take a breath. Michelle has a four day time period before we can go to the interview.

Then Gary needs a time-out too because there is no such thing as an I-134a. The petitioner needs a separate I-134 for each intending immigrant.
