Click "Guides" at the top of the page, and read the guides for the K-1. There are a number of additional forms and documents you need to send.

Yes, read the guides. When you understand what you DON'T understand, ask us some questions or check the forums.

For sending the I-129f, use some sort of verified delivery service, certified mail, etc. And use a personal check as it is easy to track that they have received it and deposited the check

Ahhhh, refreshing... someone is actually looking to find the guides and do some research on thier own. As stated, click on the guides tab at the top of the page. If you follow these precisely, you should be able to avoid any serious mistakes that could delay your case. The guides have a proven track record of success and are updated as the laws change and members have gone through the process under said changes. As such, they are one of the most valuable assets on this site. The other great asset is the members who hang around and help others with advice and support through each phase of this process. Another great resource is the regional forum. There you can find people from the Phils going through this process who can provide you with consulate specific info that can be very valuable.

Good Luck on your Visa Journey and Welcome to VJ!!!
