I just finished reading the forums regarding the RFE’s and I can’t deny we are also eager to have ours in the mail too. In few days or more we are hoping to have some good surprises in our mail like RFE or NOA2? Who knows…Only God knows.

As I can see people are celebrating upon getting the RFE. In my view I think it’s a good thing if we don’t receive any RFE because this means that there is no additional time delay. And this means that application was correct or something? I am not sure about it but I want to hear your opinion to see what we can come up with…Good luck to all of us who are on the same journey.

I like you remain optimistic. However I also think they just blasted out a ready made form to everyone who filed after March 06. Vermont is just a little ahead of the other service centers in mailing these forms out.

I got my RFE today ... But it doesnt have anything to do with it being filed correctly or not... its a supplement to the I-129f so if you filed after march 6th you should get one. :)

Anyone that recieved NOA1 after 3/6 is very happy to get RFE at this point becuase no RFE no adjudication of petition.

The IMBRA has made it impossible for any K1 petitions to go any further without further evidence to make the petition compliant with the IMBRA law.

But if you filed using the new I-129f form i think you are good to go just get in line and wait for your processing time.

Yes this might be bitter for us. But I am glad to hear that people who submitted to CSC are already recieving RFE's. Im wishing luck to all of us

So eventhough our lawyer used the new form my fiancee just get the RFE today! YAY AWESOME

NOA1 is april 04 from CSC

The new form wasn't approved until last week so you used the old one. Anyopne who files after March 6 gets an RFE.
