If she adjusting from K-1 YOU (US citizen) do not need a G-325a, only her. You also need copies of her I-94, passport stamp, K-1 visa and marriage certificate. An I-864 completed by you, passport photos for the I-485 and I-131 (Advance Parole, if you want to file it, it is optional) her birth certificate, translated if necesary. Your I-129f approval is the NOA2 letter you received from your petition.

The post said "passport photos" not "passport, photos" ;)

You need to submit passport-sized photographs of your wife with your application. Two for the I-485 and two for the I-765 (and I believe two more if you're filing I-130 as well).

Photographs of you both taken at your wedding or anywhere else for that matter would be something you would take to the AOS interview (if you have one, some don't get called in) but you don't need to submit them with the AOS application.

[edit to add] there's no fee to file the I-864 with an I-485.
