how does one go about bringing a reptile (bearded dragon) from the UK to the US?

my fiance is concerned about the pressure in the air and how it will or will not affect his pet.

advice?

he is flying here on British Airways i believe

Not all airlines will accept live animals and usually they are cargo not baggage. So he may have to fly without his lizard .
