Timeline

Hey guys im confused on the fiance letter of intent letter. Right now i have the example and im just adjusting accordingly, but on the part where it says

United States Department of State

United States Consulate, United States of America

[Embassy Address]

What do i put there, Im American living in Georgia?

What will my Fiancee put down if she lives in calgary?

Probably Vancouver.. the consulate that will most likely handle the interveiw

You address it to the consulate that will be interviewing you for the visa (Montreal or Vancouver), if this has to do with interview, or it is addressed to USCIS California, or Vermont if filing the I-129F

Are you just filing the I-129F per where you posted this or are you preparing for interview at the consulate??

Right now im getting everything ready to send for my I-129F and I notice that we need intent from both parties my fiance and I. So for mine would i put the Vermont Service Center address and for her she would put Vancouver address ?

No, for the petition stage it would both be the service center... if updated letters are required for the interview then you would put the consulate
