My wife arrived in the US on March 3rd, we married on May 3rd. We have to go to tomorrow to get her vaccinations (she has no childhood record), and tests before we can see the civil surgeon. The TB test will take at least a week, so I"m a little worried about time. I'd like to file Monday but we will not have the I-693 done until the following Friday. Is it ok to file everything else then do the I-693 later?

The guide above says to include the I-693 in your package.

If filling from a K-1. You had a medical exam in the past year, you only need to submit the vaccination supplement with the AOS package.

Possible of having RFE to avoid wait for I-693.

TB test shouldn't take a week - it's a skin test, it should be 72 hours. plus, you can get all this done at your civil surgeon's office. if you ring around, you can probably find a good price (we found significant differences in what each one charges here in the bay area) and an early appointment. we had a week to organise our medical exam, ended up having to drive over an hour away, but we found a great doctor. also, make sure you ASK when you make the appointment if they do immigration exams - the civil surgeon locator on the USCIS website is so completely out of date, many of those we called no longer performed immigration exams, or would only accept patients from particular countries.

We only have one civil surgeon in the area and he does not do the vaccinations, or the tests. We have to bring that to him and then he does the rest. Anyway, to do all the tests, and the three vaccinations the civil sugeon said she needed is only 55 dollars, plus his fee of 79, so i can't gripe!

You posted this to the "AOS from WORK, Student, Tourist visa" forum.

Did your wife enter the USA as a fianciee on a K-1 or as a spouse on a K-3??

If you were married before entry and she entered as a visitor, this if visa fraud, and can be denied AOS. A visitor requires a FULL I-693 medical done. If she entered before marriage as a visitor, and had no intent to immigrate, then this should not be an issue, just be prepared for a lot of questions at the AOS interview probing for intent on entry.

I posted in the correct forums and I know that the I-693 is required, I'm just wondering if it HAS to be filed with everything else up front, or if it can be filed afterwards.

In this case you "MAY" want to read form I-485 directions, it says you "MAY" include I-693 when you file form I-485, this means that you "MAY" include it. If you don't include it when you file, USCIS may issue and RFE for it, or they will request that you bring it to the AOS interview.
