We are finally back together! I went back to the country to accompany her during her smooth interview.

Flying back together and enter at LA. There were no questions ask, just an inexperienced officer direct us to secondary room for first time immigrants.

She was sent back outside right away for the green card processing. The whole process including fingerprinting took about one hour. Then after changing some pleasant exchanges with the officers they welcome her to the U.S. with I-551 stamp on her passport.

We are pregnant! A little bit unexpected. We've been trying before to have kids after 1.5 year of marriage with no avail, then she denied entry. When I came visit her on December 2008 we make our first child :D .

The problem is I resigned from my job on October 2008 and still jobless until now. So when the baby dues on August we are considering to have labor in Mexico (and maybe get 3 citizenship  ) or maybe back to her home country after she get her green card. Or maybe medicaid, we haven't decide yet.

I do really believe that this is God's will because we did not plan for all of this to happen.

Now does she need her green card to apply for a driver license? And does she need SSN to open bank account and credit cards?

Another question, the joint sponsor's I-864 and his tax documents were returned when we got her visa at the interview. Does it mean that they release him from joint sponsor responsibility?

Thanks to visa journey our immigration has been smooth and quite easy.

Now does she need her green card to apply for a driver license?

Depends on your State's DMV requirements. Go their website and read up.

And does she need SSN to open bank account and credit cards?

Depends on your bank. Call them and ask.

Another question, the joint sponsor's I-864 and his tax documents were returned when we got her visa at the interview. Does it mean that they release him from joint sponsor responsibility?

No
