nvc sign in failed but AVR id different

I failed to sign in the NVC website but AVR saying documents is missing and they sent checklist on May 8th ,HUH ,whats that

maybe its a mistake.. when did ur login fail?

Married:10-04-2008

I-130 Sent : 12-12-2008

I-130 NOA1 : 12-18-2008

APPROVED: 03-05-2009

NVC

Case Entered Into NVC: 03-18-2009

NVC Sent DS-3032/I-864 Bill: 03-25-2009

E-mailed DS-3032: 03-26-2009

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill: 03-30-3009

Paid I-864 Bill: 03-30-2009

I-864 Bill Shows as PAID: 04-01-2009/printed the document cover sheet

Sent I-864 Package: 04-02-2009

NVC put the I-864 in system: 04-07-2009

Mailed Ds-3032 after not hearing anything about the e-mail overnight thru usps: 04-08-2009

(Same Day) got e-mail from nvc approving Ds-3032/ IV Bill (hahah)

Paid IV bill: 04-08-2009

IV Bill Shows as PAID: 04-10-2009/printed the document cover sheet

**** waiting for husband to send me police record****

NVC e-mailed Checklist: 04-21-2009/printed that cover sheet too

its probably a mistake ur case if probably under final review.. call nvc tomorrow maybe they found something missing when they were doing final review?

just talk to NVC operater and she told me yhe case is under review,wasnt able to tell what document is missing,her answer to every question its "under review"

just talk to NVC operater and she told me yhe case is under review,wasnt able to tell what document is missing,her answer to every question its "under review"

Called back and speak to another operator to see if she can tell you some more info...Some times the signon thing can be deceiving.I called the day i got this error and i was told that my case has been completed,called back after a week and it was under final review....Just pray that u dont have any RFE and God willing your case was be completed soon.

Aug 06,09 Call from USEM requesting to submit passport

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

Aug 07,09 Passport submitted

Aug 07,09 USEM is requesting applicant's passport :)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

Sep 26,09 REUNION :)

i'm wondering whether there is some glitch going on

someone in the other forum posted about receiving an RFE for things they already submitted

i've also gotten more RFEs on the AVR

and never received a checklist letter

when i asked the operators, they tell me info is requested that was not required

or already submitted

finally after calling 3 times

they "resend" the e-mail (never got it the 1st time)

and there is new info that none of the operators mentioned on it - something we ALREADY submitted

trying to call now but just getting a busy signal...

VSC > NVC > Frankfurt....married since 2002

07/28/2008 I-130 received

07/31/2008 NOA 1

8/15/2008 I-129F received

03/9/2009 NOA 2: I-129 F and I-130 approved (221 days)

3/17/2009 I-129 F case number assigned at Paris Consulate

3/19/2009 IR-1 case number/AOS Bill received; DS 3032 received

3/20/09 mailed in DS 3032; 3/21/09 paid AOS bill

3/25/09 AOS bill reads PAID

3/26/09 retracted K-3 application at Paris Consulate

3/26/09 mailed I-864, e-mailed DS 3032

4/3/09 I-864 received, e-mailed DS 3032 again

4/9/09 AVR: I-864 reviewed, RFE; DS 3032 accepted by e-mail; paid IV bill

5/2/09 AVR: new RFE

5/4/09 NVC: false RFE due to DS-230; e-mail version of DS-230 J-1 info received - NVC e-mail response

5/6/09 AVR: new RFE ! (passport photos???? and canadian police certificate that is not required???)

5/7/09 NVC operator: canadian police certificate not needed, file will be pulled to look for passport photos (15 bus. days)

5/14/09 AVR: checklist letter response received on 5/13; 5/16/09 AVR: checklist letter response received on 5/15

5/19/09 login to NVC site failed!

5/20/09 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

now I know what was that missing checklist about.It was about Police certificate,though I had already submitted it with ds-230 and my case is also completed @ NVC,they want new PC @ the time of interview,and in the e-mail specifically mentioned that donot send it to NVC,instead take it to ur interview .I m sharing this information cuz if somebody else get RFE after the case completion donot freak out,it just may be some document they want u to bring @ interview,

hi! im happy that you are already done with all the process. i read your post because in a way im experiencing the same thing; i mean, i sign almost every other day just to check on the payments made for my case. So when I tried to sign in again with NVC, I got that "sign in failed" message. I am not that happy because same day that i failed logging in, I also called the NVC 2x and the recording says: checklist response received on Sept 21, 2009, please allow 6-8 weeks for review the you will be notified about the result..... can i really get my case completed soon?
