Hi Every one,

I'm Getting ready to send the Package 3 to the Embassy, my Fiancee is from Iran and I she downloaded all the forms and she sent it back to me via DHL and I have them in hand and getting ready to send it to the Embassy

Now my question is, all those forms they have to be filled by my Fiancee only, is this correct? Me as Petitioner do I have to fill out any of those forms? do I just have to send the I-134? or I have fill out any other form too?

DS-156, 156K, 230 and etc. are for Benefitionary only is this correct? and I-134 is the only form that I have to fill out, am I correct?

I am sending the followings, are these enough?

• Copy of NVC letter along with copy of I-797 Approval notice and payment notice

• Copy of all pages of Benefitionary's Passport

• Part I and II of DS 230 filled and signed by the Benefitionary

• 2 copies of DS 156 filled and signed by the Benefitionary

• Copy of DS 156K filled and signed by the Benefitionary

• 2 Copies of DS-157 filled and signed by the Benefitionary

• Translation of Benefitionary's Birth Certificate along with its certified copy

• 2 Photos of Benefitionary

• I-134, Affidavit of Support and its supporting documents, filled by the petitioner:

o Letter from my employer

o Few Pay advise for 2008 and 2009

o Tax Transcript, W-2 forms and Full Tax returns for 2007 and 2008

o Few Bank Statements and letter from the Bank

• Proof of our Relationship:

o Photo Album

o Sample list of our Phone calls by using VOIP and Calling card

o Sample list of our Text Messages

o Random Print out of few of our emails

o Last Skype bill

o List of Calls that Benefitionary made to by using Skype call forwarding to my Cell phone

o Copy of my E-Ticket and boarding pass that shows my trip to Iran in 2008

is this enough and correct?

As always, thanks for all your helps.

• Part I and II of DS 230 filled and signed by the Benefitionary

Make sure that part II is not signed. It gets signed at the embassy. (it is clearly marked where not to sign as shown below)

DO NOT WRITE BELOW THE FOLLOWING LINE

The consular officer will assist you in answering item 35.

DO NOT SIGN this form until instructed to do so by the consular officer

o Tax Transcript, W-2 forms and Full Tax returns for 2007 and 2008

If you have the transcripts, you do not need to provide the W-2/returns (unless you do not have transcripts for the years in question)

Everything looks good.

Good luck!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Yes, you want to send a reaffirmation of your intent to marry each other. Same letter as before. Make sure the date on the letter is a recent date.
