Check encashed wheres NOA1?

Our packet was received by Vermont last May 1 and my fiance said that his check has been encashed May 5th.. but We still havent gotten anything in the mail?? now my questions are:

Do they send a notification in the email once they have sent the NOA1?

Is it automatic that when the check has been encashed we get the NOA1 automatically??

Adjustment of Status:

Approval: 2010-02-16

Greencard Received: 2010-02-25

Removal of Conditions:

1-07-12 Sent I-751 application to CSC

1-11-12 CSC received Application

1-13-12 check cashed

Yes - but it can take several weeks (some sooner, some longer) to get the NOA

Do they send a notification in the email once they have sent the NOA1?

No - no email notification for the NOA1.

My check was cashed on the May 3rd and the NOA1 was recieved on the May 8th. Reciept Date May 1st. I guess we filed ours at the same time. But just give it a few more days. Good luck.

April 11, 2013 - ROC APPROVED

June 8th, 2013 - 10 yr GC Received (FINALLY)

AOS Timeline:
March 23, 2010 - Mailed I-485 (AOS), I-131 (AP), I-765 (EAD)
June 7, 2010 - AP received
June 12, 2010 - EAD received
August 27, 2010 - 2 yr Green Card Received!

K-1 Timeline:
April 22, 2009 - I-129F Sent
November 20, 2009 - Interview in Montreal - Approved!
January 3, 2010 - POE (Ambassador Bridge)
January 20, 2010 - Wedding

We got out NOA1 today.. it was delivered yesterday lol yey! :dance:
