All assistance would be appreciated

first let me give you our background: I'm American and she is Russian. We have been legally living and working in Beijing, china for the past 5 years. We recently married this past April here in Beijing. Both of us are still here in Beijing and we will be submitting the I-130 to the US consulate soon here in Beijing.

Her Russian passport is both in Russian and English (on the same page), but her name in Russian reflects her first, last and patronymic name. Directly below her Russian name is her name in English but it only reflects her first and last name.

ALL OTHER NAMES USED: Should this field include her paronymic name or should it be left blank?

If it should include her paronymic name, should we specify in the field that it

is a patronymic name?

Also if you are suppose to list the patronymic name, should we type in the

entire name or just the patronymic name?

FORMER HUSBAND AND WIVES: After writing NONE in the first field, should we leave all of the other fields

blank or write in 'N/A'?

APPLICANTS EMPLOYMENT LAST FIVE YEARS: She was unemployed for 6 months, nor was she a student

during those same 6 months. So if we write 'Unemployed'

in the 'FULL NAME AND ADDRESS OF EMPLOYER' field, what

should we write in the 'OCCUPATION' field?

SHOW LAST OCCUPATION ABROAD IF NOT SHOWN ABOVE: Should we leave this field blank if we did include

it in the 'Applicants employement last five years'?

Or should we write in 'N/A'?

THIS FORM IS SUBBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION FOR:  What should I do here?

IF YOU NATIVE ALPHABET IS IN OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS,.......:

Shoud we write her full name including her patronymic in this field or without her patronymic?

Thanks a million bunchs for taking the time to assist me.

Include it.

None for the first, you can leave the rest blank.

You can leave occupation blank if you put Unemployed. You listed her other jobs right?

SHOW LAST OCCUPATION ABROAD IF NOT SHOWN ABOVE: Should we leave this field blank if we did include

it in the 'Applicants employement last five years'?

Or should we write in 'N/A'?

correct - N/A

THIS FORM IS SUBBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION FOR:  What should I do here?

Petition for the I-130?

IF YOU NATIVE ALPHABET IS IN OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS,.......:

I would write the whole thing if it's all cyrillic?

Thanks a million bunchs for taking the time to assist me.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Thank you for that information Bobby_Umit.

My next question is; What if you don't know who your father is? He's not listed on your birth certificate, you never met him, nor do you know his name. Is it ok to put 'None' in that field for Father's name on the G325A?

Thanks in advance everyone.

I wouldn't put "none" where the father is listed because obviously you do have a father. Put "unknown" - that's ok! USCIS knows that not all people come from perfect nuclear families

good luck.

So it's totally fine to put "Unknown" if my father is not listed on my birth certificate? Thank you God! i was stressing a lot about that.

Good luck Thank God I have a smart wife cause for some reason I felt really stupid when it came to all this paper work. Not a normal condition but I was just lost. She did a wonderful job and did not let me hire a laywer as I wanted to do. We are completed our journey as of yesterday... now I am just trying to get the extra money for a plane ticket and we are set

good luck to you and all others that are here for real and true love be blessed. Women submit to your own husband. Men be good with honor and respect to your own wives.
