need help with vawa

i file i360 back in november 08 and VSC sent me RFE good moral character in december i got my prima facie in january for 180 days , idid alot of search about vawa and read some tips

her and thier its sems its take along time to approve (up to 14 mounth) and it possible they sent me another prima facie extnded but i relly in rush and i have to go home and im tired of watting i did try to expedite due to my divorice and custdy issu i sent aletter back in february and i havent got any thing from them i was just wendring any body have any idea about process time for vawa or any thing i could do i want to write alrtter to the congresman but my lawyer told me its not going to helpe , imean its not faer after you wait for i130 to approved , crazy wife withdrew the i130 and have to wait anther year for i360 :angry: any body out thier have the expirens befor

Hi,I`m so sorry about what you going through.my thoughts to you is to be as patient as you can,because if you rush the USCIS,you might have a bad luck and not even get it.I want to go home too so bad but i`m so patient.so take it easy

Yes, I would think expression a strong desire to go home while a VAWA petition is being decided would not be in the applicant's best interests.

Be Patient, I've been waiting for 14 months and 3 weeks, my case is still pending, I'm out of the processing time and it's still pending, you have to be patient, VAWA take a while before u get a decision, writing to your congressman at this point does not make sense since you are within processing time, that won't help. Just be patient, there's people that waited 4 years to be approved. Hang in there, your VAWA journey will one day end.

True that Guyana,if you become impatient you making things worse.I`m as patient as possible and sometimes its annoying.

That's very true, it is hard but you need to be patient when dealing with immigration. One more day without news from USCIS is one more day that you get to stay in this country. Hang in there. We are all going through the same.
