Iam CR I, For those who already complete NVC, the AOS and DS230 docs are prepared, we have everything,

before send them to NVC, do we need to add a copy of USCIS files in the package (I130 and G325A)???

no need to cz its already moved from USCIS service to NVC ..so they have the originals u submitted

No, you don't need to send a copy of anything you sent to USCIS, but you do need to send all the documents they ask for, the originals and everything. Think of NVC as a new phase of your case, all fresh.

The only thing you are gonna need when you call to NVC is your WAC or EAC number, so the operator can identify your case.
