Can anyone help with the question #16 from I-765 form? I am a K-1 visa holder and we were married on March 28, 2009.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-765instr.pdf did you check out the instructions that you can download next to the form?

scrole down to the bottom of the first page who may file this form. if i have read this right k1 and adjusting status is a 4. :unsure:

or its (a) 9 if within 90 days :unsure: that is further down in the explanation. but i think if you are going for aos its the (a)4 :unsure:
