Nothing in the mail for me today. :cry:

did mister postman arrive already? aww devilette... HUGGS.. i went to church this morning, i prayed for all of us... especially those who have been stuck waiting for the RFE... let's keep supporting each other on this... i hope it will come sooner rather than later.

I think the NSC to CSC transfers are getting royally screwed. I no longer care if I get it before I leave tomorrow. If I fedex it tomorrow or in two weeks I doubt it will make any difference whatsoever. :angry:

NOTHING for me either.

I think the NSC to CSC transfers are getting royally screwed. I no longer care if I get it before I leave tomorrow. If I fedex it tomorrow or in two weeks I doubt it will make any difference whatsoever. :angry:

I'm feeling your frustration kitkat.... What is the point of even giving or noting a receipt date if you aren't going to process the petitions in order? You may as well just throw em' in a big pile and grab one with your eyes closed. But then again that could be how CSC works? :lol:

BTW I noticed you, luvalimey, and I all have the same timelines.... :thumbs:

My kids have checked the mailbox... mail came, but nothing from the USCIS.

Told Devilette in a pm that I'm taking a break from all of this anticipation/disappointment this weekend. I can't do this hour-by-hour thing anymore....

My lawyer just emailed me!!! MY RFE IS THERE!!!!!! He said he mailed it to me today!!!!

I think I am the first one here that had a case transfered from the NSC to the CSC to get it!

Take heart everyone!!! Yours is on the way!!!!!

My birthday is sunday, what a hell of a good present!!!! YES!!

I'm so excited I am posting this in several places so the Nebraska transferies can take heart!!!

I just checked the USPS website, and to send standard mail from the CSC zip code to my zip code in the Chicagoland area, it says 3 days. That would mean tomorrow for all of us out here! Lets hope!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Couldn't ask for a better present. I was hoping my fiance would have arrived by my birthday (1st week in June) - silly me. Then we were drafted as players in this big bureaucratic charade. Glad to see those of us who originated the process in NEB aren't being totally ignored. I still don't think I've seen any recalls from NBS getting an RFE yet. I got emails Mon and Tues saying they sent it Mon, but haven't seen that little ####### yet. You'd think just being up the coast a couple thousand miles it oughta be here by now. Lordy, I could have driven down there, filled that puppy out, turned it in and been back home by now.

Anyway, congrats and best wishes on the next steps! :goofy:
