Swine flu confirmed in NYC high school students

NEW YORK — New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg says that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed that students at a city high school were infected with swine flu.

Some students went to Cancun on a spring break trip two weeks ago.

Pedro is flying to Mexico end of the week for two weeks. Maybe not such a good idea. :unsure:

I have been watching the news. Mexico is in a panic, and not the place to be for a while. CDC is using the "pandemic" word. This is starting to make the SARS scare look tame. :unsure:

Yeah, I am really not happy about him going. Authorities always react to late. Also, what if there is a travel ban when he is there and he cannot come back? :unsure:
