My husband had 3 shots given. I know one was MMR, but I don't know what the other two were. He was also tested for TB, but everybody must do that.

Congrats G&R on the check being cashed!!! You should get a NOA very soon.

Shelly :)

I had to have a tetanus shot and a Hep. B (first shot). Everything else was transfered from my medical records.

I've also been looking at the March AOS filers spreadsheet since some of them have already had their biometrics appt. in the beginning of April. I was just curios if any of them had received anything yet.

I also can't quite believe that so many of us filed in April and have biometric appts in April too.

Only 6 days to the biometrics appt!

We received an RIE yesterday requesting my husbands 2008 tax return and evidence of current income. We're a little confused by this - for two reasons:-

1. We already included his 2008 tax return and a letter from his employer in the original package. We could not send pay stubs as he is a self-employed contractor.

2. We have already submitted details of a joint sponsor (tax returns, proof of income etc) who easily meets the income requirements. My husband did not meet the income requirement in 06/07/08 but since January 2009 he earns above the required amount, however we asked his mother to be a joint sponsor in case USCIS looked at the whole 3 years. Now it seems that USCIS may not be taking the joint sponsor into account if they are asking for more information regarding my husband's income. The RIE does not mention the joint sponsor at all.

Help! We're confused!

Can you send it again? You have no type of pay stubs even some thing from the bank that shows deposits from the job or copies of the canceled checks?

I would send the 2008 tax return again. Was the letter notarized and on company letter head? It should also include a start date and at least an estimated amount your husband makes a year.

Those are just some thoughts. I'm not sure it will help or not, but its just an idea. You also might want to talk with a lawyer.

Good luck,

Shelly

Hey Guys

My package is going out tomorrow!! I got the last affidavit letter I needed on friday so tomorrow were going to send it out!

I'm really hoping we sent enough evidence in - I'm so nervous!!! I'm going to continue to try and get under more

of our bills ect.. being as our landlord refused to put me on until I obtain a ssn. Nothing I could do. We talked to her

for over an hour and a half about it.

I'm hoping that the 100 pictures, 10 affidavits and 3 years worth of cards/letters will make up for not getting on the lease. (plus everything else)

I'll update as things progress! :D

Yeah we have joint bank account, I'm on the Utilities, phone, health insurance and the beneficiary for my husbands life insurance.

Cable and lease wouldn't let me on. We don't have credit cards because we got rid of our debt last year(thank god). I couldn't

really find anything else to send besides letters/magazine stuff sent to our address in my name.

I hope it's okay...at least until I can get my ssn and work.
