i wanna see a goddess without her skirt

A cornucopia of internet porn is just a click away. ;)

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

US Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-TX)

Testimony to the House Immigration Subcommittee, February 24, 1995

Do any of you who tend to take yourselves quite seriously ever think people just screw around when they're asked these survey questions? I do that quite frequently.

Actually a lot of surveys are designed with this in mind such as for product feedback, they will ask many of the same questions, if there are wild mismatches, the survey is tossed. If you clown around and stay fairly consistent it will be accepted.

It's one reason you can see such variance in results.

If you want a certain out come you make it a Long survey.

In the beginning people will consider every question, towards the middle and end a sizable percentage will start randomly giving answers, a biased survey will use this period in the survey to "Load" the the questions they want to report on.

My mom worked for years doing "Harris" and other surveys. It's good money but they have quotas on age, race, income, so if one is not prepared to go in the worst of neighborhoods too, it's not the job for you.

I bet this recent quote from obama adds to that myth. "The United States has been enriched by Muslim Americans. Many other Americans have Muslims in their family, or have lived in a Muslim-majority country - I know, because I am one of them."

Poor use of verbiage

3 pages of responses and not one suggestion this topic or survey is "racist" (thankfully so).

Wonder if instead we had a topic titled, "20% of Black (you fill in the blank)"..... if the to oft charge of "racism" would have taken over the subject?

The topic isn't - but its reasonable to wonder why the 20% of those surveyed held that particular opinion.

Its clearly indicative of something - and the rumours that were swirling about that subject during the election (the "is he, isn't he" stuff) were clearly intended to paint a (not very convincing) picture that Obama is somehow not a real American and that he is somehow "other". You can interpret that however you like, but I doubt very much that there wasn't a racial aspect to it - a soft form of racism, if you like.

I view the comparisons to Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein in much the same way.

And bad coffee. That is a scary thing brother steven.

LOL...actually, I'm afraid of all coffee. I love the smell, but it turns my stomach inside out if I drink it and makes me climb walls.

If it turns you into The Fly, it sounds like its probably best avoided ;)

hehehe...David Cronenberg's is a classic.

No espresso, however good, is worth having a shoebox full of ears, fingernails and other bits that fell off.
