Hey guys,

How are you guys? hope all is swell, i just recieved the letter of Notice of Action. Now what do i wait until they reach My fiance in Bogota Colombia in a few weeks or months letting her know from her consulate when the date for her interview is ??

Congratulations :) Which NOA did you get?

The steps are as follows:

*Initial petition - I-129F

*NOA1

*NOA2

*NVC notification that papers been forwarded to the foreign fiance/fiancee's embassy

*foreign fiance Receives pack 3 instructions

*(They go get medical/police check)

*They send in pack 3

*They receive interview date/time and further instructions of what they need to bring to the interview

Process takes about 7months in total ... sometimes a little less and unfortunately sometimes longer but about 7 months is normal time to expect from start to finish ...

17-Feb-07 Shay came to visit me Australia for 5 and half wonderful weeks.

02-Oct-08 Shay lodged 1-129F

07-Oct-08 Shay recieved confirmation that NOA1 had been approved

07-Jan-09 Shay recieved confirmation that NOA2 had been approved

14-Jan-09 NVC notification recieved

29-Jan-09 I recieved pk 3 in the mail

29-Jan-09 I recieved passport in the mail

04-Feb-09 I went for my police check

20-Feb-09 medical

24-Feb-09 Picked up medical results *PASSED*

26-Feb-09 mailed pack 3

02-Mar-09 Embassy received pack 3

24-Mar-09 Interview @ 9.00am

!!!!!!!! VISA APPROVED !!!!!!!!

27-Mar-09 Visa Arrives in Mail

14-Apr-09 Departing for the US

Interview: May 10th, 2022 - Interview De-Scheduled

Interview rescheduled on May 11th, 2022

New Interview: Jun 27th, 2022 - Approved 🥳

Oath Ceremony: July 14th, 2022
