Got our first NOA dated for the 23 of March... and so far... nothing!

Not one little touch.

Do you think that they're using our files to prop up a bag of corn chips or something?

Should I be worried? I just read someone who got approved 20 days after NOA and we don't even have a touch...

So... just asking.

Thanks all....

well, be glad you got your NOA1.. we still have not received ours yet. we filed last march 7. BUT tomuts helped me to get the case # and it said they sent it last March 13. Think it might have gotten lost?

i hope we both get some updates soon.

You need to be patient , you are looking at about 2 years since your married ( being apart ), and if its a k1 not yet married about 1 year ( being apart ). If you dont have patients , then this visa is not for you .

Patience? What's that?

;)

Patients ? whats that ? Something you better learn !

It takes several months to get an approval, those are rare cases that get approved in 20 days. it takes 3-6months for you to get an approval so you shouldnt be worried at all!

Good Luck

I received my NOA1 in May 2008 and NOA2 in January 2009, and no "Touch" in the middle. Just said received and pending for 7-8 months, the approved. Look at the USCIS priority dates to see which month's cases they are working on and how long a wait you can expect.
