Since you entered the US already - the K1 expiration date is irrelevant. The I-94 is the relevant date (which was 90 days after your arrival).

Yes you can still file AOS - follow the Guides (on AOS) and you should be fine. Sooner the better...

File ASAP, the longer you delay the more time out of status accrues, and the higher the risk of being detained by a border patrol officer and possible removal.

One note, if your overstay has been more than 180 days after I-94 expiration don't attempt to travel even with an AP doc, the POE can deny re-entry due to over stay.

Thnak you so much... i have another question, iim from Virginia & we are planning to go to FL this week by plane is it ok for me to travel and use my passsport as my ID? ( on my passport showed the expired visa & I94).
Domestic travel is fine with evidence of legal status, but again as I said above you do run the risk of encountering a border patrol officer at the airport, and if you cannot produce evidence of legal status (I-485 NOA1, EAD, Green-card) they can detain you.

normally the answer would be yes as it is not the airline or TSA's job to check immigration status, however just be aware that if you do by chance get "checked," you have nothing to indicate your legal presence......

YMMV

I-864 indicates just past year's return is required, and additional 2 years can be included if you fee this will help.
