I recieved my email today re-opening my case and notifying me of an RFE on the way. I sincerely hope my friend in misery t&s got his as well. It took more time for me to get this d*mn email than the entire initial approval process. You know I am not a vindictive man nor do I wish others harm but someone or several people should lose their job over the way this was handled as well as thei p*ss poor customer service/disinformation lines.

Sorry for the rant. I promise to return to normal but after what we've been through I needed to vent a little. maybe a USCIS punching bag... or dart board...

I got approved as well today!!!! Same message as rockamandy. Just when I gave up hope for the day, my prayers came through.................I got the email at 6pm.

How ironic that one year to the day that I physically met Anna in Moscow that we would get approved (uhhh....re-approved, I mean).

By the way, for those concerned about approvals for those who answered yes to the MB question, I think you can now stop worrying as I also answered yes.

Thats great that Jello, got approved and he answered yes to Marriage Broker question. A lot of people have stopped worrying now. Just in case other people are worried, anyone get approved that had a waiver or criminal record?

At the end of the listing, I added touch days (all are July) and x days (meaning number of days from last touch to approval). Ones without touches means they don't have them listed in timeline or signature.

I see an 8 day trend.....bazaar or what? Should we add this to the compiled list? Does it really mean anything? I am curious so pm me with your touches so I can keep track of this.

With the new reapprovals, we can start calling VSC and NVC to find out who's sending the petitions back to the consulate (*as if* they actually knew). Here are the numbers.
