Comments : VT Service Center Rec'd I129F March 8, 2006,Notice Date Mar9,my check for 170 cleared bank March 10,their 1st letter Post Marked St. Albans, VT Mar13, and I rec'd email notice it was approved on Mar23. Finally rec'd I-797 Approval letter from VT SerCen with Postal Date Mar27. Repeatedly calld NatlVisaCenter @ 603 334-0700,touched toned EAC Receipt # from VT SerCen, but always heard recordn not recd yet. Every call I also tried to reach live operator but lines too busy. On Apri7, called again recordn sd again no receipt of Pet, but got live operator this time and gave receipt# and was told Petition had been rec'd and was electronically and physically sent to Manila Embc on 29Mar. Rec'd by MNL on 5April. Called 5 x assured not recalled. Called US St Dept in DC about middle of June told recalled and arrived back in States on 29May. Have not been able to obtain any add'l info. No touches..no RFE IMBRA supp as of 4July. However, today I called VSC and got through (it really works) and was only told it arrived there June 22- not re-opened yet.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
