Thank you guys for ur helps...i really appreciated that so much..I dont know if the lawyer of my new bf submitted already our papers...maybe not yet....I dont want to used my first man his visa just to come to USA without love...If i will not go through medical and interview that would automatically cancell or close?Then wait 4 months before can apply my new bf for our papers?I need ur help again...thank you..godbless....

Why not ask your new bf to read the 129F instructions to learn about it?

Funny thing about lawyers you pay hundreds or thousands to. You never really know what they do.

The petition will die of natural causes four months after approval unless it is extended. Fiance 1 can extend it indefinitely with our without your permission, I suppose at some point the consulate will tire of this and let the petition expire, but they have better things to do than track fiance 1's petition. And there is nothing to stop fiance 1 from filing again except the $455 fee. I suppose he would need a new letter if intent, that may or may not be an issue for him, depends on how good his copy machine is.

We really are not as dumb as we look. You have been asking this question for over a month now under two membership names. You have your answer. I would suggest fiance 2 file the petition ASAP before fiance 3 comes along. YOU can explain it at the interview. Good luck convinv=cing thr Manila consulate you are not perpetrating immigration fraud.

exactly 2 3 4 cases with same name doesnt show just popularity of a person for interviews it may bring up other issues, does 1 know about 2. Slow down and dont be in such a push get a visa, take a little more time to learn what you want to do and with whom
