Hello again guys...finally I complete the documents needed for my DS230 and also already fill up and signed part 1 of ds230 and i am ready to send it..can I send it directly to NVC ? My husband is the petitioner and also my choice of agent..but since all the document for ds230 are from me, i was thinking to send it directly to them (NVC)instead of sending it to my husband in US and have him send it to them, would it be ok if I the beneficiary will send the ds230 to NVC? ...pls help...thanks

how reliable is the mail system in philip? i would at least get the forms to the us citizen and have him send them with some sort of delivery confirmation...ie overnite express, express, etc......when sending documents like that, it's best to have a signature to link to your package...

I MAY BE WRONG...but him being your choice of agent only directs all mailings to him (IV bill DS-230), you still need to SIGN all forms...and you can mail the forms from the phili to the NVC that require your signature...it's ALOT faster if the U.S. citizen does it from here

Hi This is simps wife. i m thinking the same to send DS-230 from India to NVC. I already prepared for that, We have DHL service here so i was thinking to use that and have them sign for the package? See the reason why i wann send directly to them is NVC will send us Letter for they wann form and documents so i have to send them from here to USA to my hubby and it will take one week to reach there, i think it is better to send it directly to NVC if there is no problem in beneficiary sending it so does anyone know if there is any problem in sending it directly to them

? and police certificate last only six months and pass port office won't even give me police certificate without NVC letter . I don't know its just my opinion to sending it directly to NVC. I think people are here knows better then me so i would just wait for the someones response and then decide what to do.

I am really fade up of waiting too long now. They denied our K1 before and now have to wait for more 6 to 8 months for CR1 , this is so dumb. I hate this journey of visa. I hope we all have fast process and we meet our love one soon and live our life together.

I sent mine directly to NVC using Fedex. As long as the documents are complete then there would be no problem in NVC.

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

hi, im from the Philippines.I think its ok that you will be the one to send your package directly to the NVC..I would suggest that you should mail your package on the post office with express mail.the advantage of using express mail in the post ofice is you can track your package.USPS.com, track your package here

Remember to include of photocopy of each document as well - you should put your case number on all documents, even in pencil in the top right hand corner. You don't need to staple anything.

Yes the beneficiary can mail the DS230 to NVC DHL or FEDEX is the safest way and remember to put your case number on the top right corner of each page incase something gets separated at NVC they can at least get it back to your package. Also the instructions for DS230 calls for 1 set originals AND 1 set photo copies of all documents.

Mail it yourself. Why waste extra days sending it to hubby and him sending it on. You lose 2 days doing it that way.
