Hello guys I’m here again because we really tired and sick waiting imagine 12th February 2009 approved all my petition and until now I haven’t received any letter from manila embassy we decided to go for k3 so that I can take my daughter with me but until now no letter received , my husband called the NVC asking what’s going on if they already forwarded my case to manila embassy but they said still on going process because I want to clarify my husband called to manila embassy still nothing there my case ..Has anyone the same situation of me approved last February 12, 2009 and until now no instruction yet from manila embassy? Is this normal for k3 waiting waiting another 2 or 3 months after approval?

i guess better to call the NVC or USEM i got approved march 16 and my husband got letter from NVC stating that they will send it to USEM my husband will call USEM next week to verify...

Has your husband received a letter from NVC stating that the case has been forwarded? If not, he needs to call NVC and speak to an operator and ask if the case has been received by the NVC, assigned a case number, and forwarded to the USEM. Good Luck!!

Have you filed the 130s for the children? Are they approved? This could be the source of the problem.

Hello to all..and thank you for all ur replies..yes my husband called to nvc and they said still on going process..we have case number already but they havent forward to manila embassy..they told us to wait and we dont know how long...so we will wait then..and about filling the I130 for my child no havent file yet coz we're doing one at the time we plan to do it when im there at usa and im k3/k4 not CR1..hope its good idea child still 6 years old..we're planning to call manila embassy next month.

hi there.. I was interviewed last February 12, 2009 and submitted an additional document last February 17, 2000. until now...I am still waiting for a possible phone call or delivery...it has been more than a month since then.

We hope we get some clarifications here from fellow vjers...

Ask your husband to call and ask if your k3 is in "administrative processing" It sounds like it is. Im sorry, if that is the case.

If you are indeed in AP at NVC, you should be released and the case forwarded after 50 days(+/- a day r so). Find out if it is AP, as some people have found that they wont tell you unless you ask straight out. Then you can find out what day they received it and start the 50 days count from there.

my husband has been called to NVC today asking the same question about my I129F..if im under that way AP but the person answered that thier going through additional processing and there is no time frame.what that mean? and we thought that because my husband has been filled k1 a year ago for his xgf filipina b4..do u think guys because of that? or because of my daughter family name because she using her dad name my xbf b4?has anyone here same situation of me? ohh gosh this is faustrating u know waiting and waiting. Look guys i been approved since february 12,2009 and until now im stuck at NVC.

They will use additional processing, administrative processing interchangeably. If your husband was told that the case is in additional processing you are in AP, and will have to wait until they are done. Good Luck!!
