FAIRFIELD, Conn.—A Connecticut woman is facing a number of charges after allegedly handcuffing herself to her estranged husband while he was asleep.

Fairfield police say Helen Sun locked the doors and handcuffed her estranged husband who was visiting from Los Angeles.

She says she wanted to talk to Robert Drawbough without him leaving.

He called police on his cell phone, and claimed the woman was biting him.

Drawbough was treated at a nearby hospital and Sun was placed under arrest.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Which doesn't mean it is evidence of a stable mind, even if he did 'like it'.

It's sad though really, and it sounds to be more in the line of 'crime passionelle' than abuse, I would think.
