NOAs received: March 20th, 2009 (Issued: March 18th, 2009)

Biometrics done: April 1st, 2009 (Notice issued: March 24th, 2009)

Interview date: June 22nd, 2009 (Notice issued: April 9th, 2009)

EAD approved: May 6th, 2009

AOS approved: June 23rd, 2009

WOW NO INTERVIEW? AND A K1 VISA.... THE ONLY OTHER PERSON I KNOW WHO GOT HER GREEN CARD WITHOUT INTERVIEW IS MY AUNT WHO WAS PETITIONED BY HER USC DAUGHTER. YOU'RE VERY LUCKY. CONGRATULATIONS!!

12/26/09 - Notice Of Action received on 1-485/1-797C/1-512L

01/23/09 - Biometrics Appointment

- First Biometrics Appointment was cancelled

02/20/09 - Second Biometrics Appointment

03/12/09 - Received from mail Employment Authorization Card and Parole Document

03/13/09 - Applied for SSN

03/27/09 - Receiced the SSN Card in the mail

04/15/09 - First Interview Appearance

- First Interview was cancelled

05/15/09 - Second Interview Appearance - Approved on the spot the USCIS officer had my passport stamped

06/01/09 - Approval Notice - Immigrant Petition for Relative (Wife) - 1-130

06/01/09 - Welcome Notice and Approval of AOS Application

06/30/09 - Received Green Card in the mail

Great! Congrats!!!! I didn't know there was a possibility that they don't need interview on some cases.. That is great.. I hope they don't call us for the interview either :P

Grats! What did u do with AOS? can u share? i'm about to apply for mine and my son's AOS.

Feb 07 - met my Dream Guy

Jun 08 - arrived in the US

Jul 08 - ♥♥♥ WEDDING DAY ♥♥♥

Jul 09 - Temp GC received

Mar 12 - 10 yr GC received

Aug 13 - Naturalized
