OK THANKS! At least I know what the options are...read my most recent new post, we got an RFE but it was mainly becuase the 864 package didn't get sent to them together with the 230 package.

Just read it. Those RFEs are very popular. :wacko:

They might have an issue with your date of 04/2009 (I actually wrote PRESENT by hand after printing it out) only because it's not April yet. You would think common sense would prevail but we are talking about NVC :rofl: But really you have a better chance of them letting it fly through than if it had been left blank.

Just keep calling daily so that if there is a problem you can get right on it. Good luck!

I just called NVC, the gave me a May 7 interview!!.. wowowowowoweeeeeeeeee!!!!!!! I'm so happy but also nervous...

09-06-2007 - Sent the I-130

01-02-2008 - Recieved NOA1

05-01-2008 - NOA2 approved!

05-09-2008 - Recieved hard copy of NOA2

05-16-2008 - Recieved the AOS Fee Bill with Manila Case number

05-18-2008 - Sent Choice of Agent via email

07-29-2008 - Recieved IV bill from the mail

09-10-2008 - Paid the I864 bill and IV bill

09-16-2008 - NVC mailed the Instruction packet agent to my hubby

09-28-2008 - Received hard copy of the instruction packet agent

03-02-2009 - Hubby sent the I864 and DS230 to NVC

Our case was completed on the 17th of March and yesterday we were notified that we have an interview for the 19th of May!!! Good luck to everyone and to all those with a May interview. I was also told to wait until the second week of april for a date to be scheduled but instead I got an email near the last week of March with our interview date (two emails actually--the same email was sent to us twice!!!).

I wonder if I can push them for the interview date when it is 8 weeks after the case completed? Since it said on the automatic system that if we don't hear anything about the further instruction in 8 weeks we could contact them.

i thought you got an interview date already??, i saw your timeline and you've said you got a may 9 interview.

Btw, count on me also, mine just complete last 09-24-09.. hope to have our interview on early week of May..
