my fiancee recived the letter as approval petition on January 29th, then got a letter from NVS that they were sending to me and send to the consulate here in Morocco but untill now March 20th i recieved anything yet

plz help me if u have some informations, also tell how the interview was as u passed it, and if the papers that my finacee send to me r originals or copies,

It may be possible your petition was pulled randomly at NVC for further checks before moving on to the Embassy. Try calling NVC and inquire where your case is, and e mail the Embassy to inquire if your case has been received.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

It's likely stuck at NVC for Aditional/Administrative Processing.

Your best bet really is to call the NVC and ask about your case status. If it turns out to be AP, I'd recommend this thread.

K-1 Visa Received: April 9th 2009

POE: Aug 8th 2009, Minneapolis

Wedding: Aug 28th 2009
