Best reason mooted for the large rise in the Dow .......... no cameras on Tim Geithner when he unveiled his toxin asset buy-up plan.

Apparently, the market has more confidence in him when they can't see him, as every one of his previous announcements, which have been on camera, led to a sharp drop in the Dow.
