Hi

My wife in Morocco got approved for I-130 now her case went from USCIS to NVC for process. From my understanding and NVC website I conclude that NVC will send her two forms to fill out DS-3032 and DS-230. my question is: does she need to send DS-230 and all this documents:

Birth Certificate

Marriage Certificate

Petitioner Documents

Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

Police Certificate

Or she will need this documents at the interview day.

thanks

You need to review the short cuts for NVC on the wiki. It explains the NVC process for CR-1 process and i would suggest gathering the documents she needs now. the petitioner documents are not included in the DS-230 that is about the beneficiary. The petitioner documents are part of the AOS (I-864) for the NVC process. The DS-3032 can be done by email once you have the NVC case number. Start studying the posts on this website and the flowchart and short cuts on the wiki. BEST ADVICE- GET INVOLVED AND INFORMED! Good Luck on this portion of your journey. And keep asking lots of questions.

I think what the above poster means is that your wife will forward the documents and signed Part 1 of the DS-230 to you ahead of time. Then you will have it ready to mail from the US at the appropriate time. But yes, you are correct the DS-230 relates to the beneficiary. Again read through the shortcut guides a few times and it will all start to make sense. Good luck

If you notice, the person stated DS 3032 is to be emailed by ur wife (the beneficiary). I believe u misread DS 3032 for DS 230 ---> 2 separate things! Hope this clarifies :)
