Hey peeps.

Heard from my senator's office today.

She spoke to Cali & they said CSC should mail all RFEs out by Friday this week! YAY!

Great work there Devilette. That is brilliant news.

Not to be a cynic, but has everyone in CSC been touched recently? That would be significant evidence that all RFE's are being released on Friday. Anyone?

She said all RFEs should be mailed by then. So they are probably already doing it & perhaps not updating online?

PLUS, many CSCers have been touched 6/14, 15, 16 & 17.

Thanks Devilette for the great update! Also, it's been really nice to read about the support from the Nebraska and Vermont cohorts *hugs*

we've been touched on 6/14, 15 16 and 17. Are those REFs being sent because of IMBRA? if yes, should we receive a new or complementary form to fill out and send back?

Did anyone notice that CSC changed their processing date? It went from Feb 3 to Feb 15! THEY ARE MOVING!!!!!!

And the NSC moved to May 29th.

What does that mean if you where transfered to CSC??????? :crying:

That would be so good for those that are still at NSC, but kinda of a bummer :( for those that got moved from NSC to CSC. I thought I have read that some people are still at NSC and where not moved....

As long as they are moving that is all that matters.

What could that mean about NSC? Did they transfer all their K1 cases before May 29 and are going to start processing those or what? For those of us who recently filed...are they going to process ours or send them off to California? How odd...

That is because they transferred all of their cases out to CSC. The processing date being 29 May in NSC is a result of the files they found on the floor or under a desk!!!!!! Two or three at best. We should be seeing some good results from CSC very soon.

I am just so annoyed right now by the processing times, I can't sleep. Maybe I need to meditate. Or have a glass of scotch!

I hope I can feel less petty by tomorrow morning and just be happy the RFE's are coming. I mean, that is good news. Afterall, it is just a little time... not the end of the world. And I AM going to go visit my sweetie on Friday for 11 whole days, so I should just quit complaining!

ok. I feel more thankful now. I can go to bed. g'night!

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!
