I believe there is life out there but I dont think that here on Earth it has been spotted.

Well done. Now, if you read the piece it tells us that people are now getting ready to specifically look to see if there are any 'earth like' planets as the starting point for the idea that there either are, or are not, other inhabited planets with more mature civilizations. The point being that our planet, in the cosmic scheme of things is a mere pip squeak, and us humans just out the uterus.

ok so they know about us... are they the ones causing all th UFO sightings for the last 75 years?

I just assume that if intelligent life knew about other intelligent life they would contact. If another life form were "monitoring" us I think that signals would be noticable

I just assume that if intelligent life knew about other intelligent life they would contact. If another life form were "monitoring" us I think that signals would be noticable

I don't 'know' either way but I can't deduce anything definitive regarding their non existance or being less intelligent based on the fact that 'they' haven't come up and introduced themselves because I have no knowledge of what an 'alien' life form might or might not think was appropriate in this circumstance.

there is life out there because i have seen a UFO about 50 feet away from me sitting on top a tree.

Believe it or not . I know what i know and maybe u all get lucky enough to see it some day too.
