Good Afternoon March Filers..My husband want to fill up the I-864 but there is line of the form that made us confused.

Like the line 21.My husband put no.1 in letter a,b and c..But in the instruction it says -DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE.My husband was so really confused about this thing.Please for those who already send the I-864.Please I need your help right now..Thanks in advance...

No touchs since April 24th, and no NOA2 either. :P I'll get my husband to call again soon, now that his connection got fixed in Kuwait. And what is INFOPASS? I've seen it before, but never really...gave it any thought. ><

Never got a touch except on the Apr 24th when everybody had one... not an indication of anything.

Good luck... pretty sure NOA2s are going to e raining down on us soon.

its a false generated RFE ....the DS-230 is there since May 1st ..and entered into system May 5 ..and under review ..

so its just false RFE ...and the other memeber above got also a false one ..his stuff is already there ..

thts good sign he got sing in error ..so im next in sha ALAH ..

hope u get ur number sooon ..hang on

If u the only immigrant and no one else accompany you to the states ..then its MUCH easier to use I-864EZ

and that form can be ONLY used as i stated above ..if u r the only immigrant ..and in such a case ..the house hold size will be 2

if he will sponsor anyothers rather than u ..then he should use I-864

me and my wife used the I-864EZ and its complete and succeful ..

Went to sleep and called just now and we got it!!! Whee!!!

Uhmmm... the AVR tells me that they'll contact the beneficiary, ME, in 6-8 weeks.... should I wait this long?

:help: What's next!?! I blanked out!! HHAHAHAHAH so this is how it feels. :bonk::bonk::bonk:

if u printed my Instruction so read them ..its time now

u need to call at once and give both ur email and ur Husband one also ...

or if u didnt NVC will use snail Mail to contact with u both ..and tht means weeks...
