Was wondering if anyone could explain this- what's changing with the data being inputted in there to cause it... we got our NOA1 from CSC on Feb 5th and for ages it said we may be adjudicated early May- now in the last few days it's slipped to early June, then later June- August, now it says Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 21, 2009 and July 23, 2009*.

Anyone else getting this? Also, I'm assuming by adjudicated they mean they will issue an NOA2 (or reject us)

Thanks, sorry if it's a silly question or the wrong forum.

Thats just an estimate. You might be better off looking at the immigration timelines link at the top of the page and see what others have experienced

June sounds about right if you filed in Feb.

I know there was mention in another thread that there was a bit of 'tweeking' done to the system and the timelines would change a bit and would be a bit more acurate. I saw a huge difference in mine earlier this week, but it seems to have stabilised now.

Remember, these are only estimates.

Good luck with your journey :star:

VJ Timelines are free, fast and the most accurate you will ever get. It is because of this you see some fluctuations because VJ cares enough to keep them current and accurate and updated. If the USCIS kept theirs updated you would see the same thing. It is like the little download bar that says "2 min., 14 seconds" remaining and then 1 minute later says "2 min. 5 seconds" remaining. It is updating itself with current information and progress. Neither is "wrong", both are the most accurate estimate available at that moment. Far beyond the ability of the government that still lists my case as "approved and pending".

And, NO, I do not work for VJ. LOL It is just my observation and experience.

We got our NOA1 in early December and over the last 3 months our estimate fell from May 5-15 all the way down to March 2-8. Then last week, it suddenly jumped back into June.

So much for estimates, we got our NOA2 on Thursday Feb 26th.

Hang in there, it's a wild ride!

VJ data is based soley on the VJ database that all of us put information to.

If someone messes up their dates (happens frequently), the estimates change.

If the Administration gets rid of duplicate users/timelines, the estimates change.

If the Administration deletes old users who never completed their timelines.... yup, the estimates change. ;)

We at VJ are a VERY small percentage of the actual filers the USCIS takes in. See the last 4 numbers of your EAC/WAC number? This is the number petition yours was for that DAY. That should give you an idea of how many petitions they are actually processing.

Yep, very true. I went to the interview with my wife. I was SHOCKED. There was HUNDREDS of people there that day for interviews, only 6 of them fiancee interviews, and I was glad they treated us separately, but all those people had visa applications which went through NVC, and one of the service centers for some sort of visa, and that is just ONE consulate in ONE country.

Ok, I realize that I am just plain ignorant, but could somebody please walk me step by step to the place where I can see my estimated timeline. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

Croll to the bottom of your timeline.

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 30, 2009 and June 12, 2009*.

oh and a little hint for the future... start a new topic with a new question. That way we're sure to see it. ;)
