Do I need to fill out separate forms ie, G-325A, I-765, I-485 for my wifes daughter? She was my fiance, married in November, and now I am filing the change of status. But I don't see if I need or do not need to fill out all the stuff for her daughter also.... Help??? Thanks!!!

yes, the daughter will need a separate I-485.

the I-765 is included in the cost, so guess it depends on age of child and/or if wish for the daughter to be able to apply for an SSN before receiving green card.

Daughter almost needs separate everything except G325A if under a certain age. Don't forget the i-131 also.

$`1010 for moms and $600 for the kid.

Fee for the child depends on the age.

Yeah OP said stepdaughter is "about" 14.

Applicants under 14 years of age: - Filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $600.

Makes a $410 difference. Does USCIS mean 13 and under or 14 and under??

Yeah in another thread he did!

What is an IR (CR) visa..... nothing I need to worry about I guess,,,, so, I am doing a K-1, so I fill out a I-134 for Angelica, and a separate one for her 14 year old daughter? That seems odd to have two separate ones doesn't it? But if you say so... I trust you because I have seen your answers on this site a lot, you know your stuff.

One more!

also

I have a question about this subject also.... Diana, Angie will be here first, and then her daughter will come in December.... you must file this prior to the end of 90 days for Angie, as we will be wed during this time, but with her daughter coming in December (2 months later) and she is nearly 15,

so the fee of $600 for a concurrent filing is out the window

YMMV

Thank you all for the help, yes, sorry I forgot to say.... daughter is 14 soon 15 so I know the fee's are $2,020.00 for both. Does the Cashier's Check need to be made out separately for each person, or just one for both for the total???

The I-131 for travel.... they will want to travel home for vacation, but I don't know what the dates or duration will be... do I just wing it??? Guess??? Throw a date in there and be able to use it at any point in time?

Yes, daughter needs ssn so I guess I will fill out everything..... one for Mom and one for daughter.... if I over do it, they can toss what I don't need I guess.

Thanks again, John
