No record of my case # in NVC

I had called on the 19th to check if they recieved my case and they said it has been recieved and they will forward the case to the Embassy of Macedonia within the next 5-7 bussiness days. I just called to check the status and the automated system said they have no record of my case. Does this mean they have already forwarded it?

Nope , it doensnt mean that.

Auto system usually not updated frequently as it should.

Always talk to Live Operator.

They do have a record of my I-130 tho. Both cases were recieved by NVC on the same day. I guess ill just have to wait until tomorrow to talk to a live operator.

If the NVC does not have record of your case, then USCIS has not sent it to them yet. USCIS sends all cases to the NVC in a bulk...usually on Fridays, if it didnt make it on this Friday's bulk load it will go on the next Fridays. All you can do is keep calling the NVC and ask them about your case.

If your applied for the K-3, the NVC will hold your documents long enough to give a case number for the EMBASSY. Once the case was filed, the NVC will send your doucments to your respective country.

If it is CR1/IR1, you ill have the case number provided to you by the NVC. If you call the NVC, enter your EAC number.

If neither one is not present as AVR... NVC have not scanned your documents to get a case number... goodluck!

The only time you will know is talking to a live operator, K-3 will not be in the system for the AVR only the IR1/CR1!

If you want status on your I-129F (K-3) then you need to call the department of state and speak to a visa specialist. They will be able to tell you if the Embassy received the I-129F, sent out the Packet 3, received the packet 3, etc. Call 202 663 1225. Press Option 1 then Option 0 to speak to a visa specialist.

In my opinion, that's probably just that the operator already knew it was received and that the system had not been updated yet. Check it again soon and it should be updated. If that still says it, check again with the operator. Also make sure you are entering the right keys on the automated system for your kind of visa.

You cant get automated data on your k3. This is why it said there was no information, or not found.

k visa info is not in the auto system.

you have to call and choose option 1, then 2 for "k visa's".

I hope its already on its way!
