Hello all!! I havent been here in a while since my ex fiance decided he did not want to continue our relationship. That happened on october08 and he broke my heart. I sent a withdrawal petition on december and heard from them that I was approved (feb 17th) not big news since we arent together anymore. I called them yesterday to find out where the letter was, apparently they didnt received so she told me to send one again..

what else can I do???

Send another and include a copy of either your NOA1 or NOA2 (or both). You may have to follow up with the Embassy/Consulate also, should it make it that far (just to cover your bases) - if you do, it'd probably be best if you get your new case number from NVC to include with any correspondence with the Embassy/Consulate.

There is nothing you can do at this point. I was in the same situation a few years ago. I sent the cancellation letter, but the petition was approved before they could match the letter with my case. This time I had to file a waiver letter with my petition. Not to worry! He can't receive a visa without further supporting documents. Sorry you had to go through this.
