Please fill in your time line. I don't know what your applying for or what stage of the process you are in. A little more info would help.

From my understanding you will still have to fill out an I864, but hopefully someone else will chime in.

still don't know what i should to do ?

I just finished reading the instructions for the I-864 and no where did it say to get it notorized. Could it be that you have an old form? Seems to me I read something about that form changing so you didn't need to get it notorized.

For your second question I need to ask you a question. When you move back to the states are you going to be living with your sister or somewhere else?

If your living with your sister then yes she would fill out the I-864A section of the form

If you are to be living somewhere else then besides your own 864 she will need to fill out her own form.

Also, try checking out the link http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html if you are still unsure. You and your sister will both need to fill out and provide evidence accordingly.

I believe you both fill out the I-864 the NVC website explains which form is required by who. Also what documents are required. Read the types of I-864 letters to be sure you get the right ones but i believe cloudy was correct if you are planning to live with your sister when in the states she would do the I-864A and you would do the I-864 with whatever income you had for the year even if it was only 6 months worth it will help you get to the poverty level needed. If you plan to have a different address than your sister then both use the I-864.

As for the question on it being notarized that is not required anymore. Make sure you have the most up to date version of the forms. If you got it from an Embassy they probably have the old forms.
