The I-129F is prepared by the USC (not the alien). All forms submitted to the USCIS MUST be in English (or accompanied by an English translation). If there was an I-129F in Spanish, it would require a translation. So instead of having a form an requiring it be translated, I guess there is simply no such form.

YMMV

I think he is trying to find the form in Spanish so it will be easier for his fiancee to understand

There is no such form, just as there is no Spanish version of the G325a that must be completed in her behalf and signed. USCIS immigration forms are in English.

There is no such form, just as there is no Spanish version of the G325a that must be completed in her behalf and signed. USCIS immigration forms are in English.

Not all forms.

The forms in my husband's interview packet (DS156? - for K-1 visa) were in Spanish. I had already downloaded them and mostly completed in English. It was helpful to have the Spanish version when my husband was reviewing the forms. Since those forms are really about the immigrant, they need to be in the immigrant's language.

OP - Good Luck!!

DS-156, et al. are Department of State NOT USCIS forms. The DS (Department of State) is your indicator.

Right anything with a DS designator is NOT a USCIS form.
